Harvest Time

A lot of people seem to be curious about the phrase “wisdom harvest.” Here’s a quick intro (of course for the full explanation, you’ll have to read the book).

A Wisdom Harvest  is the process of checking in with yourself to become aware of what you have learned while you have been busy living these past 50/65/75 or 100 years. You can use these questions to guide your harvest, or you can just  find a quiet space, a pen and some paper and begin to uncover your bounty:

“What do I know now that I did not know when I was 40 or 30 or 20?
In the past few years what changes have you noticed in yourself?
How have you surprised yourself?

We would love to hear what you found.  Please leave a comment below.
